So, if you wanna get Nether Essences, disenchant Ruby Pendant of Fire and Red Ring of Destruction. They are easily crafted by a JCer. If you mine, go to Silithus and farm Thorium.

For Vision Dust, disenchant Aquamarine Pendant of the Warrior. This is made by JCer as well. To make that, go to Badlands and Burning Steppes and mine Mithril. That prospects into Aquamarine.
